Service Description

A space for mamas to come together in community. We'll get out of our heads and into our bodies with somatic practices, dance, yoga, singing and more! You're welcome to bring along your little one(s) of any age, or come alone if circumstances allow. Be sure to bring a water bottle, any toys or snacks your little one might need, and perhaps something to sit on (a yoga mat or picnic blanket will do just fine - we will provide some but feel free to bring your own).
